The Flexible Learning Mode (FLM) is a structured alternative learning program designed for incoming Grade 11 students who may not be able to attend regular face-to-face classes. Through online learning modalities, learners can continue their Senior High School education while managing work, personal responsibilities, or other challenges.
🎯 Program Objectives:
✔ Ensure access and equity in education
✔ Provide flexible learning pathways for working and at-risk learners
✔ Deliver standards-based curriculum through alternative modalities (MELCs)
✔ Promote self-directed and independent learning
