📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
🔒 Enhanced Security Protocols Implementation

To all Students, Parents, Guardians, Employees, and Visitors:

In our continuing effort to ensure the safety, security, and well-being of everyone within the school community, the following security measures shall take effect starting June 24, 2026:

✅ Visitor Policy
• Visitors will only be allowed to stay at the designated Waiting Area near the Marshall Station.
• Entry inside the school premises will only be permitted with a confirmed appointment approved by the Management.
• All visitors must present a valid ID and register in the Visitor Logbook.

✅ Student Drop-off and Pick-up
• Effective immediately, all student drop-offs and pick-ups shall be conducted outside the school gate only.
• As an exception, during periods of heavy rain or severe weather conditions, vehicles may be allowed entry subject to the discretion of the school administration and security personnel.

✅ Student Vehicles
• Students will no longer be allowed to bring their motorcycles or cars inside the school premises.
• A designated parking area will be provided at the side of the school for students who need to bring their vehicles.
• ⚠️ Parking in the designated area is strictly at the owner’s risk. The school shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or untoward incident involving parked vehicles.

🔍 Bag Inspection Policy
• All students, employees, and visitors entering the school premises are subject to mandatory bag inspections at the entrance.
• This is to ensure that no prohibited items are brought inside the campus and to further strengthen safety and security measures.
• Security personnel are authorized to conduct inspections in a respectful and orderly manner.

🚪 Gate Security Procedures
• School gates shall remain closed at all times and will only be opened when necessary.
• All vehicles and visitors entering the premises shall be subject to verification and security procedures.

These measures are being implemented to strengthen campus security and promote a safe and orderly learning environment for all.

We respectfully ask for the cooperation and understanding of everyone as we work together to keep our school community safe.
